Robert,

Acrobat Reader can NOT save any form data. In order to do that, you would
either have to submit the form data to a CGI script for further processing
(or storage), or get Acrobat Exchange. BTW, Exchange is sold in bulk at a
relatively reasonable price. Contact Adobe about that.

However, if the "repetitive parts" are essentially identity data, you can
set up some scheme which would pre-define those fields, using global
variables in JavaScript.
