I'm a little bit worried about how well the physicians will carry out their
tasks if they have no prior computer experience. Is what they're doing
critical to some patient's health?
Leaving that concern aside, you might want to skip the whole
train-them-on-Windows thing entirely. Have them run the Tour that comes
with Windows 95. This demonstrates all of those computer moves, if I
remember properly.
Or provide them with one of the commercial Windows training packages, and
let them know the documentation assumes they have the basic computer
operational skills.
