Technical Writer
Permanent, full-time
Duties
*       Use MS Word to write end-user software documentation, installation
documents, and/or administration guides.
*       Use RoboHELP to develop, compile, test, and troubleshoot online
WinHelp files.
*       Contribute to document design.
*       Work with developers, data architects, product managers, customers,
and other technical writers to develop new documentation and maintain
existing documentation.
*       Develop and track project plans
*       Provide support for internal departments as needed.

        Qualifications
*       MS Word 7+
*       RoboHELP 4+ (6 months experience within the last year)
*       2+ years experience writing end user software documentation (in the
telecom industry is a plus)
*       Graphics software (e.g., PaintShop Pro, Corel Draw, MS Paint,
PowerPoint)
*       BS in Technical Writing, English, or related field; or equivalent
experience


        Entry-level Technical Writer
        Permanent, full-time
        Duties
*       Use MS Word to write end-user software documentation, installation
documents, and/or administration guides.
*       Use RoboHELP to develop, compile, test, and troubleshoot online
WinHelp files.
*       Work with developers, data architects, product managers, customers,
and other technical writers to develop new documentation and maintain
existing documentation.

        Qualifications
*       MS Word or other recent version of a word processing tool
*       Exposure to WinHelp, HTMLHelp, or other online document delivery
*       Less than 2 years writing experience
*       BS in Technical Writing, English, or related field
