- Research and understand the relevant features of the system
- Plan and develop documentation for system administrators
and service providers, including hardcopy and online
formats
- Participate actively with documentation and product teams
Experience Level
----------------
- BS, BA, or equivalent
- 3 or more years as a technical writer in a high-tech engineering
environment
- Adminstration guide, on-line help, and man page documentation
experience
Skills Required

- Strong team player with a desire to make the total documentation
effort successful
- Excellent writing ability and an ability for organizing and
explaining complex information
- Pro-active with strong communication skills
- Strong UNIX background with the ability to grasp hardware,
software, and system concepts
- Familiar with LDAP, internet services, network management
strongly desired
- Familiar with FrameMaker, HTML, SGML strongly desired
