We're moving towards a database system for managing content across multiple documents and formats. At the recent STC Region 7 conference in Denver (great conference!) I saw a presentation of a database manager program called Canterbury (I think) by Chrystal Software. It looks like a good bet for what we need, but that was their demo on their stuff. I'd be very interested in knowing if any of you have encountered this program, and what your experience was. In particular:
What's the learning curve?
What problems does it cause?
How well does it do what it says it will do?
What's the support like?
And anything else you think would be relevant.
