I'm pretty happy with the way Frame makes PDFs too, with one caveat: in
PDF files generated from multi-chapter books, the PDF bookmarks that
Frame generates from paragraph formats get jumbled in the PDF output.
There's a pattern to it, which I haven't really determined; generally
speaking, it seems to shuffle top-level headings to the bottom end of
the bookmark list.

So you might wind up having to do a little rearranging of the bookmarks
using Acrobat Exchange. However, I've also had to add an equivalent set
of bookmarks manually in legacy Word documents, and I FAR prefer the
former inconvenience to the latter. 8-)
