Thanks for asking. Could it be that "they" [employers] are still
enjoying the appetizer: tech writers with certificates? Generally
speaking, employers are conservative, so it makes sense that they
would tend to adapt slowly to advances (soi-disant) in a field many of
them don't understand well anyway.
