You go through the troubleshooting guide, where it says things like
"Rattling in pipes? Click here." Then you get a nice overview of the
problem, including the sound of a couple of different rattles, each
indicating a different problem. Then you see some animations that show why
and where the rattling occurs, and then you get a diagram of whatever it is
you need to replace. You can print the diagram, and take it to the hardware
store to wave at innattentive clerks, and then take it under the sink with
you. OK, so you end up with some hard copy, but a lot less of it.
