Hi again

[Please copy me in on your replies as I'm getting the digest at the moment]

We are about to embark on phase 2 of a call centre project which will be
implementing CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), telesales and
teleservicing databases, and we will need assistance with the
documentation, JAD (Joint Application Development) Outcome docs such as
functional specifications and detailed design specs. We are currently
using WordPro (hoping to move to Framemaker), and ABC Flowcharter for
charts.

The work which needs to be done will be a lot of cross checking, and
formatting, and minimal writing.

The job would suit someone who has a degree either in technical
communication, or Arts (or finalising a degree), and a little work
experience, or maybe has a PA background and who is looking to break into
technical writing. They will need to have:
a good grasp of technical concepts
good writing skills
advanced knowledge of a major word processing package, ie styles,
templates, fields
the ability to learn new technology quickly
the ability to analyse and organise information
an obsessive attention to detail.

We are looking for a local Perth person.

If you know of anyone who may be interested I would be happy to review
their CV - I'll check them out in the new year.
