I think I would tend to use the second version, but I'm not sure
either is grammatically INcorrect. It's just that the first indicates
that we are making an active effort to welcome your comments when they
arrive (roll out the red carpet, go out to meet them, buy them a beer,
or whatever). In other words, it seems more appropriate for PEOPLE than
for written comment sheets! The second simply says that we are always
happy to receive the comments you send us.

In homage to the translation thread: "solamente mis dos
