Gil: You don't have to use the RH window to create topics. You can create
one topic, copy and paste that topic as many times as you want on the Word
document, and then open the footnotes to change the context strings and
possibly the index entries. Maybe you're already doing this but you want
something even faster. This is the fastest way I know.

Also, you don't have to create all hypertext links using the usual method
(highlight text, press CTRL+J, select topic, etc). If you create one link,
you can copy and paste it wherever it's needed. Another thing, you can use
macros to enter the hidden text that is in a macro hotspot, which comes in
handy if the hotspot is something that is used many times throughout the
Help system.
