There is no way to help with this, and the entire message you posted
detailing the error means nothing to most of us. However, The FLT files are
graphics filters, or components of those filters. Try reinstalling Word,
select custom installation, and be sure to select the graphics filters you
want to use. It is hard to tell what is going on, but there is an error
somewhere.
Before you do this, however, deinstall the software using Remove Program.
Do not delete manually.
