Using the SuperDocStatistics macro you can generate a a report of all the
styles used in a document. SuperDocStatistics is a macro in the
MACROS8.DOT file. Here's a link for more information:

Does anyone know if there is a way to list all styles (tags) which have
been used in a Microsoft Word document. The style sheet contains an
enormous amount of tags which I suspect half are not being used. I want to
delete the unused ones.
