I like FOLDOC, the Free On-Line Dictionary of Computing. See

http://wombat.doc.ic.ac.uk/foldoc/index.html

There's also another similar dictionary called whatis.com, at (predictably)
http://www.whatis.com/. Although a number of people like whatis.com, I
prefer FOLDOC as it seems more comprehensive; additionally, it incorporates
the whole Jargon File if you need to look up a bit of hacker slang along
with connector names.

Take care,

Scott
