Subject:Seminars/short courses about book design? From:JGREY <JGREY -at- MADE2MANAGE -dot- COM> Date:Tue, 6 Apr 1999 12:53:55 -0500
Hi all,
I am interested in finding a solid seminar or short course about book
design. I would like to develop these skills in myself, and introduce these
skills to key members of my staff.
I would like the course to cover the elements of typography, readability,
aesthetics, placement, and so on.
I've done some searching, but have found only courses like Designing
<brochures, newsletters, etc.> that Pop (too high-level), Graphic Design
using <tool> (too tool-centric), and Desigining for the Web (we do scant Web
work).
Any suggestions?
