How do you handle online help that was never a manual in the first
place (such as context sensitive WinHelp or HTML files)? Do you
trademark the first instance in each topic (or HTML file)? Or is a
section
entitled "Legal Notices", with all the standard copyright/trademark
information,
sufficient?
