For Frame questions you may want to join the Framers list. WRT the FM help
files, yes FM can produce them. They are nothing more than a collection of
read-only linked documents saved in a specific directory.
Go to the directory help\maker or help\fmsgml. Copy the files to anywhere
else and open them. Use the Esc flk key combination and you can edit them.
