To which I add...
I find that "plays well with others" is a more important job skill than
it's ever been before. With everyone seemingly overworked, no manager wants
to spend more time than product-justified dealing with personality
conflicts. "Doesn't play well with others" in a performance review or
reference can be very damning and opportunity-limiting.
