Sounds like a good FDK client (or Word Macro???)... Search
through book for all xrefs of format *foo* that have sources
on the same page and change them to format *bar*. If I have
some down time, maybe I'll work on it. It shouldn't be too
hard, after all.
This could be part of a final production pass... Within the
realm of my corporate experience, we found that a collection
of tools like this was good to have around. Much of
production is repetitive; using tools speeds things and also
standardizes the results.
