Depending on how your corporate lawyers feel, this

This is the stance of the current UNIX trademark holder.
Note in particular the comments on how the trademarks
must be acknowledged and what is and isn't acceptable
as far as usage is concerned.

How vigorously they attempt to enforce the rights they
assert remains to be seen.
