Keith -

Hah! You touched a sore place for THIS writer! DO NOT under any circumstances
assume that Frame will accurately translate to HTML using the "Save As HTML"
feature in Frame. It does a medium-fair job on the easy stuff, but a terrible
job on even the slightly complex things like bullets or lines where only one or
two words are bold or italic and the rest is plain text. And don't get me
started on numbered steps. Even going back into a Frame-created HTML file and
fixing it with something as bland as Notepad doesn't fix everything.

The most reliable way to translate Frame to HTML is to go through Quadralay.
