Hi all,
Can anyone direct me to someplace on the web that has general guidelines
for creating online help - what to include, how to include it etc. I'm
currently using RoboHelp, but I think I could do with a quick refresher
course on the theory behind it all.
Replies off-list please, as I'm on digest. I'll summarize if people
want.
