If you use Word, use the Routing feature. It allows you to route the
document to one or more people and to track changes or comments. Revision
Marks are invoked automatically when someone opens the document and they are
prevented from changing the options to get rid of Revision Marking. You can
route to each person in turn or to all people at one time. When the routed
versions come back, you save them in a folder. When you open the original,
you are asked if you want to merge changes from the routed copies.
Works slick.
