On a personal note...
We are beginning our second year teaching this via USDA.  As the instructor, I try to offer an environment for exploring personal interests in this emerging field. Students who have taken the class often feel challenged and enlightened... and they usually leave the course as user advocates.  We have fun.  If you're local, join us.
