A few people asked for the name of the FTP program that I used to
convert Mac file type codes to Windows extensions. I finally remembered
the name of the program. It's called "Fetch." I just did a Yahoo search
and it looks like the Fetch folks are still going strong: http://www.dartmouth.edu/pages/softdev/fetch.html
