Sun's JavaHelp and other languages

I've been checking out Sun's JavaHelp and have a question. Is it
possible to use JavaHelp as an engine to deliver context-sensitive
on-line help for applications written in other languages such as Delphi?
Can anyone point me to a web site that discusses how to pull this off?

Thanks.
