I think the raise I got last year was the exception rather than the
rule. I was given a 17% raise, but only because I underbid myself to
begin with. Luckily my company realized that I wasn't getting nearly
enough money for what I was doing and gave me such a generous raise.
I have another reveiw coming up in a couple weeks...I'm NOT expecting
history to repeat itself! :)
