Create a new style called Callout or Textbox or something like
that. Set the formatting of that style to what you want the text
box format to be.
Then when you create a text box, the first thing you should do is
set the style to whatever you named that new style.
It works most efficiently if you remember to set the style right
after you draw the box, since it is already selected.

| Here's the rub: Every time I create a text box or a callout
to describe some
| screen cap or other, I want to reset the type of lines, the
font size, and the
| internal margin spaces to smaller, etc., but every time I open
the
| format/picture (or whatever) dialog box, it's defaulted to
sizes bigger than I
| want. I've wanted to reset but to no avail.. I'm manually
resetting every time
