CorelDraw (I have version 8) has a PDF import filter and the
ability to tile images (print large images on multiple sheets
of paper). Import the PDF into Corel, set the paper size to
45 x 36, and activate the Tile checkbox on the print dialog.
I don't know if Adobe Illustrator has the same capabilities,
but I'd be surprised if it doesn't.
