I like Mike's colloquial headings, although if it's the only one in the
manual it might look a bit odd. I like the idea of spelling out--in
detail--the consequences of screwing up:
"How to irretrievably crash the server" Subtitle: "(and snag unpaid
vacations for all your coworkers)"? (change "unpaid vacations" to
"mandatory overtime" as appropriate)
"Diddling with the server: How to lose a year's worth of work in one fell
swoop" (I believe the term "diddling" has a british connotation similar to
your --gasp!-- F-word, with the advantage of slipping by any american
censors.)
I'd definitely add to down-to-earth warning, such as
STOP!! Are you prepared to pull an all-nighter if you mess this up? Are
you ready to face coworkers transformed into an ugly mob equipped with wet
noodles for whupping? Can your bank account currently stand the strain of a
bout of job-hunting?
