Technical
Communication Department in Greensboro, North Carolina.

As a developer of leading edge information and design you will enjoy a high
degree of visibility company-wide while ensuring accuracy and usability.
Duties can include:
Writing hardware, software, and parts documents for service organizations
and
store personnel.
Working with marketing, field, support, electrical, and software engineers.
Extracting information from wiring diagrams, blueprints, functional
specifications, and/or site visits.
Interviewing a variety of subject matter experts.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in FrameMaker/FrameMaker+SGML preferred
Knowledge/interest in HTML Help, SGML/XML a plus.
Demonstrated research and interviewing skills.
Analytical and critical thinking.
Mechanically inclined or posses an innate curiosity about how things
work/relate.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to learn new software tools quickly.
Degree in technical communication, journalism, English, or related field.
