Microsoft Word Landscape Tables on a Portrait Page

Good morning everyone!
I have a Microsoft Word question. I'd like to create a landscaped table on
a portrait page. I'd like to do this because I'm having problems with the
headers/footers when I change the page to landscape. Does anyone know how
to make landscaped tables?
