Stephanie A. Sprangers asked:

<<Does anyone else have a problem with their graphics when printing a PDF
file? I mean actually printing the PDF file onto
paper. When my clients are printing their PDF files of our manuals, the
text prints, but the graphics come out blurry. I've downloaded the patch
from Adobe, but that hasn't helped!>>

You didn't mention how you are creating your PDF files. Are you using MS
Word and PDF Writer? Or FrameMaker --> Save As PDF? Or FrameMaker --> .ps
--> Distiller?

In any case your problem is probably due to the Compression settings and any
patch from the Adobe website would not solve the problem. You may want to
experiment with various settings to find what works best for you.

In Distiller:
1) Choose Distiller > Job Options > Compression.
2) Change your settings.
If it is just your screen captures that are blurry, they are probably being
downsampled too much.

Symptoms and Solutions.

Hope that gives you enough information to find an answer!
