whether to use (tm) or ®? Don't know what you can legally download from the
Internet? Well, have we got a meeting for you! This month's IESTC meeting
will shine the light on everything you need to know about copyright law,
including how to use those pesky symbols!
Topics covered will include the correct use of copyright symbols; copyright
law as it pertains to published material, intellectual property, graphics,
and sound (music, midi files, etc.); and other copyright issues facing us in
the 21st century.

About the Speaker
Robert H. Rotstein is a partner in the Litigation Department in McDermott,
Will & Emery's Los Angeles office. Mr. Rotstein's focused practice areas are
general civil litigation, intellectual property, and entertainment
litigation.
