Shelley, I had the same error recently and changed my distiller Settings,
Job Options, Color tab, Conversion to Convert all Colors to sRGB. That got
rid of the errors. Hope this helps.

Subject: Framemaker conversion to PDF

HI all,

I have a 50+ page doc in Framemaker 5.5 that I'm trying to get into a pdf.
After translation, it looks great on my computer, but reports are that it
doesn't work for others who are downloading it from the web.

I've searched Adobe's tech database and so far can't find any reference to
the errors below:
First, a messssage saying that it "could not find the ColorSpace named 'Cs
10'" and then a message stating there were other errors and did the reader
want to ignore them. Also, it appears that the
first word of each main paragraph is missing, though I'm sure this has to
do with some font embedding issue as that first word is in an unusual font.

FYI, I'm using Acrobat 4.0 (not the reader) and the accompanying Distiller
4.0. I've created a book with a TOC and cover page as separate docs to the
main large doc.

Also, similar docs with similar fonts and color have converted beautifully
from Pagemaker 6.5 to pdf. I'm in the initial learning stages in
Framemaker. Anybody doing that too?

By the way, the file is at http://www.agtourism.org/conf_report.html if
any of you are navel gazing and actually want to see it -- it's 1660 k
however.

Thanks,

Shelley
