Hello,

In response to Bill Hartzer's question, Curtis Matthews wrote: "Are there
other TC graduates out there who left school retaining a few famous names?
I'm curious."

How 'bout Ed Weiss? We used his book ("How to Write Usable User
Documentation") in two classes, and as I recall he was quoted often in other
classes. I keep that book handy.

Also, Joann Hackos and Ginny Redish ("User and Task Analysis", among other
works mentioned on this list) and Bill Horton (several books/articles on
graphics usage and online documentation).
