Exactly! Thank heavens someone has had the courage
to say it out loud. Tables in and of themselves
are neither good nor evil. It's the person who
USES the table that makes it a powerful force for
good or evil.

Just because a device is simple does not mean it
is not powerful. Ample
research shows that simple page layout devices
have a profound effect in comprehension and
readability. What everyone seems to forget is that
anything that has a powerful effect can have that
effect for good or ill with equal power.
