In fact, In my life as a hiring manager, #3 is often the most important.
Bringing someone in with all the skills and expertise in the world would be
a disaster if the person were disruptive, argumentative, and had a negative
effect on the rest of the team.

Superb writing skills
An affinity for the technology
The ability to get along with people and work well as a member of a team

Thus far, everyone has omitted the last one, yet my experience has been that
