Subject: Help Decompiler

I received a project to update an old help file. All I have is the .hlp and

cnt files, which makes me believe it is a Winhelp 4.0 creature. To get
started, I need a help decompiler. Any resources out there? The sources
mentioned in the archives are no longer extant.

TIA
