Yes, I use Oxygen Webhelp regularly. Lots of companies use it. It's been around for several years and they have good support. It builds a standalone Webhelp system with search, similar to output from something like Madcap Flare. You can usually style it without having a lot of web development skills.

Oxygen supports the DITA open toolkit publishing formats. So if your client is using DITA they can do all of those outputs (such as HTML5) out of the box. If you're not using DITA, you would need to build out custom XSLT transforms for publishing.

So, I was given like zero time to find out this answer for a client, but I though it was worth a shot to see if someone might know the answer on such short notice:

I am looking at authoring and publishing tools and I would like to understand if I can publish WebHelp from the Oxygen XML editor. In the documentation it just says support and something about a WebHelp plug-in, but I would like to have a definite answer if I am going to have to purchase another tool, besides the editor, to publish.
