AT&T GIS where the floor is littered with them, in
El Segundo, CA The town that knows how to celebrate
Halloween! They draped a huge sheet
over the water tower. Two huge black
eyes stare spookily at the town. The
ghost has a couple of antenna whips
sprouting from atop. It took me a while
to figure out what structure was under the
sheet!
