I am hoping that someone can help me with the following situation.
In order to maintain headers and footers, I have imported a number of files
into a single file in a book. My problem is:
When I create the pdf, I lose the cross-references within the imported
documents. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to manually change them
in the pdf file?
If there isn't a way to fix the cross references, is there a way to fix the
headers and footers? I can fix the header, what I can't fix is the footer.
The footer references the chapter number and title on one page and the book
title on the other. The book title is fine, it is set up as a variable. The
chapter number and title is the issue as the chapter number and title are in
a previous file.
We are using Frame 6.0 with Acrobat 5.0.
Thanks,
Christeen.
