Does anyone on the list use an app called VB HelpWriter (Teletech Systems)
to create and maintain helps?
I inherited a help project that was created with this tool. I've been trying
for several days to reach tech support, but they aren't responding to
e-mails or faxes, and the phone isn't being answered! (Not a good sign, is
it?) The Web site's knowledge base has been unavailable for several days --
another not-so-good sign.
I'm up against a deadline... If anyone on the list is familiar with this
app, would you please contact me off-list? (I'm on digest.)
Many thanks!
Joyce
