Table of Contents in Word

There's a setting (Options/Edit) that mandates the Control + Click function
for all hyperlinks.
Hyperlinks don't automatically pass through to PDF. You have to use the PDF
Maker utility (or some other non-Adobe utility) to convert to PDF.

Subject: Table of Contents in Word
Hi,
When I create a Table of contents in Word, the hyperlinks in the TOC work
only with Control + Click.
Also, when I create a pdf out of it, the hyperlinks in the TOC do not seem
to work.
Whats the right solution to it.
thanks
