A question about evaluations

I had a similar experience at Xerox. Plus, after defining the objectives and
the measurement criteria, before my review, I would do a self-evaluation
that I then reviewed with my manager. Then it was a case of whether or not
he or she agreed. I thought it was very fair ;-)
