Interviewing Strategies

Definitely do your homework about the company and their industry. Be sure
you can intelligently talk about the personal qualities you bring to the
job. Demonstrate you are humble enough to be teachable, yet confident in
your abilities to learn quickly and perform well. Convince them that you get
along well with people, and that you always strive to be part of the
solution, not part of the problem. Have realistic expectations about what
you will be able to get out of the job. Try to develop a rapport with the
interviewers. Be yourself and show them who that person is. do the best you
can and don't stress about it.
