Advantages of Context Sensitive Help (to persuade people to have)

The product that currently has context sensitive help should also have
the other means for finding help topics (TOC, index, etc.).
Demonstrate finding the appropriate help topic using context-sensitive
techniques vs not using context sensitive help (limit yourself to the
non-context sensitive help techniques).
For a user who is unfamiliar with the package, is there a significant
difference in usability and product satisfaction?
As for the intrinsic value of help, what features in the new product cry
out for help?
