Include statements on the first printed page?

Like John and Maggie, I'd like to see an elegant solution ... well, just
because it would be cool. :-) 

But I'm with Jessica. In the footer of every page, put something like:

	(c) 2002-2006 Acme Corp. All rights reserved. 

Problem solved. No fancy-schmancy elegant solution needed. Anything more
wordy than that is silly.
