Inserting images in Framemaker

I too like the anchored frame on a separate line below the caption. But 
I have also run into situations where we wanted the anchor in the text 
line itself so that when moving text we were sure to grab the graphic 
too (sometimes it wasn't clear what went with what -- I know, separate 
issue!). As others have pointed out, it's probably more of a style 
thing, so just choose your preference.
