Eric's comments are interesting. Perhaps the presentation he saw was more geared to the technical writing community than was the webinar I saw. I'd be interested in hearing how it would fit into technical communications. It may be very useful.

Heard better than rumours, had an Adobe Rep and their local "integrators" 
from Interdoc (www.interdoc.com) come and present the product to us. Even 
had a presentation from sales and consultant group from Right Hemisphere 
(www.righthemisphere.com) who produce the technology behind Acrobat 3D and 
have some pretty powerful stuff of their own.

The possibilities from the demonstrations are astounding. How it fits in 
the workflow and integrates with requirements (and how much it would all 
cost) are different questions entirely. lol

They were very interested to hear about our processes, how we used 
FrameMaker, and were particularly interested in how we might use various 
aspects of the other products integrated with FrameMaker...

Then the subject of digital rights management and the Adobe Content Server 
product came up.

Interesting times.
